Terms of service
Buncha Balloons LLC will set up balloons at your event at the time discussed. We will also breakdown the display at the end of your event. If the event extends longer than what the client has said, then they will be charged a late breakdown fee of $100. Failure to comply will result in not being able to book our services again.
Balloon installation orders are required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit from their order. This is to secure your event date.
Payments are made via VENMO (Ci-Lehuanani) Cash App ($BunchaBalloons) or APPLE PAY (808-652-5412) or Paypal (bunchaballoonshi@gmail.com)
The rest of the order must be paid on of before 7 days before event date
If your event is less than 7 days then your order must be paid in full.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE even if your event gets canceled
If you paid in full at the time of booking and your event gets canceled, you will be refunded 50% of your order
If your event gets canceled before or after the 7 day window and you already paid the deposit, you will NOT BE REFUNDED because DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
You may RESCHEDULE for a different date and your deposit will apply to the new event date
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!
If there are changes in the COVID regulations for the City and County of Honolulu near the time of your event, the deposit policy above still applies.
Once the balloons are in the client's possession, they are the clients responsibility
Balloons last about 1-2 days at best outdoors
Balloons can be hazardous to children. Please do not leave any children unsupervised.
Props being rented to you:
Any damages that happen to these items while in the client's possession, they must pay for and replace.
I will be taking photos of the entire set up when completed. These photos will be used on my social media pages and website. None of these photos will contain any persons in the picture unless consented by the client.
