Deposit and Refund Policy

Balloon Installations for Events 

1. We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your date. 

2. If your event gets cancelled or rescheduled, the deposit will roll over to your new date. 

3. The remaining amount of your order must be paid on or 7 days before your event. Failure to do so will result in not being able to book our services for your event. 

4. An invoice and Terms and Conditions Contract will be emailed to you as soon as your deposit is paid. 

Balloons for Pick up or Delivery 

All Hot Air Balloon Arrangement, Helium balloon bouquet, and Balloon Marquee orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. 

If something comes up and you are not able or wanting the arrangement anymore you must cancel your order at least 7 days before pick up day. Any cancellation after the 7 day window will receive a refund of 50% of their order. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Once the balloon arrangement is picked up or delivered there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. 

If a balloon pops on the way to delivery and Im not able to fix it, I will refund the order or make a new one and come back to deliver. 

Balloons are unpredictable to say the least! I can't control it's lifespan BUT I can control the way I handle it. It is always handled with care :)
